Since launching our energy business in 1969, POSCO ENERGY has served as a provider of stable electric power
to the metropolitan area for about 50 years, growing into Korea’s largest independent power producer.

We are fully committed to the Korean government’s "Renewable Energy 3020" action plan with our expansion into
renewable sources of energy such as wind and photovoltaic power.

Building on our extensive experience in the Korean market, POSCO ENERGY is completing our transformation
into a global energy company by engaging in power generation projects in Indonesia, Vietnam and other overseas regions.

These accomplishments have been made through POSCO ENERGY’s long-standing commitments to the creation of
a brighter world with cleaner energy over the last 50 years.

Recently, it has realized the direct gas import based on the future growth potential of gas industry
and completed the takeover of Gwangyang LNG Terminal.

From now on, POSCO ENERGY will try to achieve the vision of ‘A global comprehensive energy company focused on gas & power’
by improving the cost competitiveness of power plant with the direct operation of Gwangyang LNG Terminal and simultaneously
leasing the terminal and in the long term, entering into vessel bunkering and overseas liquefaction terminal businesses.
